I have been dealing with Ushir for over two and a half years now and he has never let me down and I have always found him to be extremely honest and trustworthy and transparent in all his dealings with me. I genuinely have no complaints and we are still doing business together for my units all this time later. The properties are running fantastically with great guest reviews on all platforms and our occupancy rate is over 85% with a great monthly total revenue and nightly average rate. The attention to detail, guest relations and response times on any queries is excellent. I don’t need to get operationally involved whatsoever.
